Messages you send. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address and message. We use them to reply, and keep them as long as the conversation needs.
Usage analytics. We measure which pages are useful, in aggregate. Analytics are set up to avoid advertising trackers and non-essential cookies.
Ask OA. When the Ask OA assistant is live, your questions are processed to generate answers and may be logged to improve the answers. Please do not enter sensitive personal information. Logs are kept for a limited period.
Service providers. Hosting, email and, for Ask OA, an AI provider process information on our behalf.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete information we hold about you by emailing us.
Changes. If this changes, we will update this page.
